The hotel was short walk to the pathway from the neighborhood as well as now administratively part of Ubud thanks to its unbeatable and incredible location. Stayed for 5 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I definitely want to stay in that area again.

We really enjoyed deluxe king room provided with outdoor bathroom, the patio. An electric kettle, a fridge and glassware were a big plus. The venue was set in the remote position very close to the pond, a nice area and nice restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly all day long.

Savoury and delicious breakfast with a huge variety of hot/cold dishes. Exceptionally clean room with large comfortable beds and the huge bathroom, for instance for IDR -2147483648. Incredible and stunning location in lush gardens tucked away so very peaceful easy walking distance into Ubud in a really quiet area. Again, 15 minutes walk from Campuhan Ridge Walk.

The location is peaceful and handy for exploring Ubud. The staff is well-trained and accommodates all of guests' needs.

The room itself was extremely spacious with big bathroom & shower. The location was marvellous for Ubud, so close to the whole island of Bali as well as the quiet and beautiful garden. Furthermore, to other areas or via taxi.

We had a fantastic stay at a hidden sanctuary in Ubud. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was like a Balinese palace, complete with beautiful carvings and a luxurious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and homemade jam. The pool was surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and the chairs were comfortable. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby village with its magnificent old houses. it was a wonderful and calming experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

location: the hotel was so close to also yoga studios in walking distance and several restaurants and facilities. the staff were well-trained and fabulously helpful throughout my visit.

We had a wonderful time staying at this gorgeous property in Ubud. The location was perfect as it was a bit away from the busy crowds, yet still within walking distance to the main area of Ubud. The owners at Taman Rahasia Tropical Sanctuary And Spa were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information and guidance for our stay. We especially loved the outdoor shower in our room, which added a unique touch to our experience. Another highlight was the filtered water dispenser in our room, which saved us from constantly buying new bottles. The beautiful plants and serene atmosphere of the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were delicious. we highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable stay.

It was so close to the centre, the Yellow Flower cafe for the views and a nice, green area of town, with a lot of options for great food and also yoga studios in walking distance, tranquil and unbeatable location overall.

During my thanksgiving stay, I had an amazing time. the breakfast offered was varied and delicious. the location was perfect with everything within walking distance, including restaurants and shops. the room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated with a beautiful view. I also enjoyed the complementary welcome drink and refreshing towel upon arrival.

There was some construction noise that disrupted the atmosphere at times, but it didn't bother me too much. I also hoped for a spa that was advertised, but unfortunately, it wasn't available.

This sanctuary is perfect for anyone who wants to be surrounded by nature. The staff are some of the kindest and most hospitable people you will ever meet. They go out of their way to recommend places to go and things to do. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The bathroom is especially stunning. The breakfast spread is lovely with plenty of options to choose from. The pool is beautiful and the spa treatments are exceptional. You can hire a taxi or scooter to get around, or simply enjoy the lovely walk to town.

The lighting in the bathroom could be improved.

The rooms are so spacious and comfortable, with a 4-poster bed and a lovely terrace overlooking the lush greenery. I felt like I was in a tropical paradise! The open-air bathroom was amazing, with a shower and bathtub. It was such a refreshing experience to take a bath surrounded by nature. I loved the personal safe in the room, it gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings were secure. The ceiling fan in the room was a great addition, providing a nice cool breeze without relying on the air-conditioning. Having a minibar in the room was convenient, I could enjoy a refreshing drink without having to go out.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the single sofa bed in the air-conditioned room. But hey, some people might actually find it useful!
